ZAP mice
Strain Name: Tg(ACTB-Bgeo/ALPP)1Lbe/J
Stock Number: 003919
http://jaxmice.jax.org/strain/003919.html
ZEG mice
Strain Name: Tg(ACTB-Bgeo/GFP)21Lbe
Stock Number: 003920
http://jaxmice.jax.org/strain/003920.html
The following lines will be available from Jax soon:
iZAP-Grg1 mice
Strain
Name: Tg(ACTB-Tle1,lacZ,ALPP)1Lbe/J
Stock Number: 006613
http://jaxmice.jax.org/strain/006613.html
iZEG-Notch
mice
Strain Name: Tg(ACTB-Bgeo,Notch1,EGFP)1Lbe/J
Stock Number: 006850
http://jaxmice.jax.org/strain/006850.html
Mice hemizygous for this Cre-conditional IC-Notch (or Z/EG-Notch) transgene
are viable and fertile. Homozygotes die in utero, presumably due to high lacZ
expression. Prior to cre-mediated excision of the "floxed" STOP
sequence, high expression of lacZ is observed in cells and tissues. These
transgenic mice may be useful for global expression of lacZ or, when crossed
to a Cre-recombinase expressing strain, for studying the role of Notch signaling
during both embryonic development and adulthood.
iZEG-Tel-AML1
mice
Strain Name: Tg(ACTB-Bgeo,TEL/AML1,EGFP)A6Lbe/J
Stock Number: 006876
http://jaxmice.jax.org/strain/006876.html
Mice hemizygous for this Cre-conditional TEL-AML1 (or iZ/EG-TEL-AML1)
transgene are viable and fertile. These transgenic mice may be useful for
global expression of lacZ or, when crossed to a Cre-recombinase expressing
strain, for studying hematopoietic development, cancer, and leukemia.
iZAP-AML1-ETO
mice
Strain Name:
Tg(ACTB-Bgeo,AML1/ETO,ALPP)1Lbe/J (006882)
Stock Number: 006882
http://jaxmice.jax.org/strain/006882.html
Mice hemizygous for this "Z/AP-AML1-ETO" transgene
(coding for the translocation t(8;21) present in 15% of acute myeloid leukemias
(AML)) are viable and fertile. These transgenic mice may be useful for global
expression of lacZ or, when crossed to a Cre-recombinase expressing strain,
for studying hematopoietic development, cancer, and leukemia.
